When I hear the oft-repeated charge that the Church is obsessed with pelvic issues I reply that if there ever is a Theives’ Pride Parade, we will see more Catholic commentary on the wrongness of stealing.
I repeated this at AmP, when Christina of The Northern Cross blog, picks up the cue and plays on it nicely:
Obviously you have a deep seated urge to steal and the repression is causing you to lash out at those who would choose other forms of expression of one’s property rights. What you need to do is go and rob a bank and then you’ll feel better.
